π° Salary: VND 9–15 million/month | β³ Experience: At least 2 years
π Working hours: Office hours – rotating Saturday or Sunday off, as arranged by the Manager.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities:

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans; monitor progress and ensure timely execution.

Inspect and assess the condition of machinery and equipment; organize and supervise maintenance and repair activities.

Troubleshoot equipment failures and propose equipment improvement solutions to minimize recurring breakdowns.
π― Requirements:

Technical qualification or higher.
-
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering, or a related field.

Responsible, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively with relevant departments.
