📢 RECRUITING PLASTIC CHEMICAL ENGINEER - POLYMER ENGINEER | SALARY 12–18 MILLION
🏭 Opportunity for candidates with experience in the field of plastic production, plastic packaging, bottles, plastic household items, injection molding and bottle blowing.
🔹 JOB
•    Develop mixing formula for PP, PET, HDPE, LDPE, Masterbatch color masterbatch, plastic additives.
•    Set up and optimize injection molding machine parameters (Injection Molding), bottle blowing machine (Blow Molding).
•    Handle product errors: wrong color, missing material, air porosity, burns, burrs, uneven thickness…
•    Test molds, new materials; Optimize Cycle Time, reduce scrap and improve productivity.
•    Develop technology specifications and technical production instructions.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
•    Graduate from University majoring in Polymer, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Plastic Materials Technology or equivalent.
•    Have 1–2 years of experience in the plastic industry.
•    Preference will be given to candidates with experience in injection molding, bottle blowing, and manufacturing. producing plastic packaging/bottles.
•    Able to handle technical problems and think about improving production.
💰 INCOME & BENEFITS
👉 12–18 million/month, negotiable based on capacity.
👉 KPI bonus, output + 13th month salary.
